Gary Agnew is a Leadership and Business Enhancement Advisor working with Tigerback Resources based in Calgary, Alberta. He is a senior human resources practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience in the field of coaching and mentoring of professionals from all market sectors; succession planning as well enhancing returns through strategic business development initiatives. Gary’s entrepreneurial and creative mind is the foundation for helping clients see the possibilities and achieve results. Previously, for 20 years, he was a Founding Partner at Cenera and before that a Partner with Ernst & Young in Calgary.
He holds three designations; Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow Certified Human Resource Professional (FCHRP) and Master Forté Communication System Profiling certification. Gary is an advocate of contributing to the community. He devotes a considerable amount of time to community initiatives within Canada as well as his passion for educating children in Cambodia and saving the Tiger from extinction. In 2005, Gary began his travels to Asia where his application was accepted to work as a Volunteer Tiger Caregiver at the renowned Tiger Temple in Thailand. There, Gary lived within the temple with the Monks and gained a unique life experience working with wild tigers and teaching English.
